Okayy...
Weight Loss: PROBLEM
I am not the skinniest person around ... this I can usually live with. However, when I was looking at prom dresses earlier, all I could think was: 'I'll look fat in that', 'I won't look good in that'... well you get the idea.
Even though I have been saying the same thing for the last YEAR, I am actually serious this time. I am losing weight, and I don't care how unhealthily I do it. As long as it comes off fast.
The plan is to eat as little as humanly possible, do as much exercise as I can, and drink lots of water, because apparently this stops you feeling hungry.
So here goes...
Curent Weight: 13 st 3 lbs
Target Weight: 10 st 7 lbs
To Lose: 2 st 10 lbs
